Stations of the Cross from Richmond

One way we can enter into the saving mysteries of our Redemption at home during Holy Week is to pray the Way of the Cross.

I've taken and edited photographs of the beautiful Stations of the Cross in St Joseph and St Francis Xavier's Church in Richmond and have put them together in a slideshow presentation which you can access by clicking here. (Give time for it to load up)

The idea is to click onto each slide while praying the Stations at home, either on your own or with family. I'm sure many of you will have your own prayer books at home with your preferred Stations. Alternatively, here are some suggestions of well-loved versions that you could print off/bring up on another screen and pray as you click along with the images:

St Alphonsus' Way of the Cross (published by the 'Sophia Institute for Teachers')

Pope Benedict XVI as Joseph Ratzinger (Libreria Editrice Vaticana)

Saint John Henry Newman (published by 'Newman Reader')

If you have any problems accessing the slideshow presentation, please do let me know via my email address: richard.marsden@rcdmidd.org.uk.
